Chiropractic
Chiropractic care helps to eliminate/manage many types of musculoskeletal concerns. Back pain, neck pain, and headaches are just a sample of the many conditions we treat.
We do this by a variety of ways —including manipulation and advice with regards to exercise and ergonomics.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is hands-on health care typically used to:
• Decrease muscular tension
• Reduce and relieve pain
• Improve joint mobility
• Improve lymphatic drainage
Further, it can also be part of injury prevention (workplace/sports), ongoing stress management and more!
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body known as acupuncture points. Practitioners view these points as places to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue. Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain by boosting your body’s natural painkillers. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management, migraines, TMJ, menstrual cramps, tennis elbow, pre-post surgery and a variety of other conditions
